I picked up stuff at a co. that had a Big Ass Fan about 25' dia. in the warehouse. I talked them into turning it up one day and that was cooooool. I could not believe how balanced that huge rotor was, it was like a helicopter was in the ceiling.

OK I've been looking at pics of these now for 5 mins and can't figure out what you'd use this for? Is it just like a single 1/4-turn into a U-shaped receiver?

Man, I got excited there for a sec. That's an 8x8 slant leg that only gives 7x7 worth of shade.

Northern Tool had a true 12x12 straight leg for $99.99. Wheeled bag, guy lines, vented top.
