glad your ok! I swear this is why I want to put cameras on my vehicles facing front and rear. Record and hopefully catch these type of reckless non responsible for anything fiddiots! Make my blood boil when folks want own up to screwing up.

Yea it sucks. And I only carry liability on my truck. Insurance said can't file it on uninsured motorist because it's hit and run.

That is complete BS. But it happened to a friend of mine. Took months to get it resolved. As much as I hate to say this, lawyer up now and let them sort it out. The insurance company will jerk you around as much as possible in order to not pay .
 
Happened to my great aunt once. Mexican rear ended her and caused a chain reaction at a stop light. The Mexican feller got out and ran and left his car sitting there lol.

Technically if you had proper space cushion you would not have been pushed into the car in front of you. I was just trying to give you a hard time but where I work I would be at fault for the wreck because of following to close. Try to look up Smith system driving training to open your eyes and be a better defensive driver.

I figured you were. I probably wouldn't have wrecked if the guy behind me could drive, but, sometimes crap happens.

That's why I hate driving company trucks. You're almost always "at fault".

Anyway, just bought a 01 PT CRUISER to drive while I find a full size truck.

Shane, I Don't know Anywhere you can leave a "cushion" or correct following distance. It may be the Law, but all the other Morons will stick their vehicle in any 5' hole you leave. Even sitting Still!

Oh I know that. What burns my ass up is when someone is behind you and then decide they want to pass you and then they jump in front of you and bow up. Or there is no one behind you for a couple hundred feet but they have to cut you off to get in front of you at the last minute.

I have a CC dually F350 and I pull an 18 foot enclosed trailer a lot.I know people cant see around me to know I'm in a line of traffic just like them so they'll run right up beside me n the slow lane like they're gonna pass just to see they cant get in.:shaking: We've been in Norfolk Va a bunch lately and if you give those folks an inch they'll cut your ass off.Int 64 to the tunnel is a white knuckle ride.Worst place for that I've ever been.
