They are now. I put it on the right hand side looking at it. Didnt think about that pic being older.Shouldn't those flags be swapped?

That’s different, he must go off road a lot.
this came to my mind...I see your still "expanding" the Family! Congrats!

I've seen plenty of wheels with paint coming off inside. Nobody washes the inside, brake dust collects, which collects other stuff, which holds moisture. Eventually some combination of those factors penetrates the coating and there's no stopping it. I wouldn't feel too bad about getting 10 years out of them. Wheel weights will do the same thing to the outside of an OEM wheel, and they put a lot of R&D and quality into their coatings. It would seem so.
They are Eagle Alloys. I always thought they were a good wheel manufacturer. I put them on in 08 and they have a 100k on them but I never expected them to look like that.
About like the chrome over alum wheels. This is why I stick w a polished alum wheel.Worlds worst powder coating job?

Ive met him a time or two, never figured him a chrome kinda guy.
I hope they put some A/C in that thing since I was there in the 80's.We visited the USS North Carolina today, and to be there on Memorial day was quite moving. Especially watching the videos, reading the firsthand accounts and letters, and imagining what it was like being on this huge ship in the Pacific ocean in the early 1940s, actively engaged in a war. Contrary to the face he's making, little man had a good time too.

Kinda. It was still a bit stuffy, but there were about 4 heat pumps sitting around the decks, blowing air through the original ventilation system. It was not cool, but I appreciated that it was not super hot and humid. Imagine living on that in the Pacific for 4 years with no AC...I hope they put some A/C in that thing since I was there in the 80's.
