Random pic thread.

I know it's a complete cliche but there really is no such thing as a boat bargain. Unless you get a really good deal on a rental.

I disagree the last three boats I’ve bought I got for less than half of book value. Last two needed nothing but cleaning and first one needed a 65 dollar part.

But all three price was agreed to over the phone and I was on my way in less than an hour of them being posted.

We actually got it from a guy in Concord. It was on Facebook marketplace & a killer deal, even with the blown motor!

Marketplace is way better than craigslist now a days, plus you can creep on the people to see if your gonna get robbed before you show up.

Good thing there's a picture with that

Where’s everyone finding these boat bargains? I need a money pit to piss off the HOA.
Got mine from a family member. It’s been sitting for over a year. It was under a carport at least. By the time I’m done with it I could have bought a running boat and got on the water now. It’s a fun project for me though.

David's first Jeep ride. Grinnin the whole time.

Side question. When did yall let your kids ride doorless?

Didn't have doors to take off but my boys started riding in my Tj topless At like 1 month. When they are rear facing it actually blocks a lot of the wind. Once you turn them around they don't like it as much but they just have to learn.

Side note: mind would always fall asleep at some point riding like that.

I took my oldest (only at the time) to the flats back in 2010 on her 5th birthday.. she loved it. She wanted to run through the mud. (If you want to look it up, search "flatrooper" by papabug28 and you can see one of my runs, though she sat that particular one out.. thought I killed the motor in one the other videos but only soaked the air cleaner! I do have a few other videos but they aren't on the YT)

a few years ago, took all 3 up to the flats, rode the green trails & the two youngest fell asleep on the trails.. I felt bad, they looked like bobble heads on the easy trails while creeping along, but they loved riding while they were awake.

Back in the "Baby" truck again, damnit. At work we call it that, because it's so Low powered. Boss man's first truck, & he's Not parting with it. It's mostly a spare now, though we have an Official Spare. Boss got a good deal on a Sterling Tandam, with automatic tranny. As I'm Part-Time, I get to drive it, as long as all the trucks are running. When My spare gets "borrowed", I get the Baby. Jeepinmatt knows this truck!
