It would appear as though we have a new dog... Wandered up and layed down on the porch. Wife said hes real skiddish and runs if you raise a hand or make sudden moves. So she gave him food, water, and a blanket. If he stays he stays, if he moves along at least he has a full belly. But, I suspect hes not going anywhere.
Edit: he is now camped out on our front porch, and he just barked at the UPS dude.... from our porch.

Big lot’s. It was on close out.You get that power pole from lowes? Or home depot?
Put in some overtime.... Don't guess it's actually overtime, since I don't get over time, my boss is a d!ck and only pays straight time, even if I work 32 hours in 24 hours. Anyway.. what causes piston skirts to break? Second time I've seen a 4.0 with a broken piston skirt. I'm thinking wrist pin locked up. Enlighten me if you know what usually causes it. (Motor wasn't overheated hard at any point, as far as I know, and had 20psi hot idle, 200k)

thanks! My CDO drives me crazy if there's stuff on the floor.. or even if I can feel dirt/grit under my shoes...Props on a clean ass shop!! That shows professionalism.
I blew up the #6 when it hit just over 180k. I found out later this was very commonIDK why but I know it's common in the late model 4.0's.
