It might be the pan. pics, but it looks like a lot of runoff is going to run towards the garage door in a downpour. Are you going to put a crown in the approach to the door to send it around the garage or a french drain and a slope up to the door?

Not the pics, your right about the slope. Unfortunately the grading worked out that way with the area. Either go with some French drains or a channel drain. Once the building is up and done we will do the final grading and landscape and see what will work out best. The rolling hills are beautiful but that doesn't leave you with many flat spots.
