Getting some exhaust work done on the M715.....just happened to have a kindred spirit there too

late 1960s all over again...
whats the door say??

Picked this Warn "Powerplant Dual Force HD" up last week. I found a lot of good deals on winches, and was tempted to buy a couple for a rainy day....but in the end, the price on this was too good to pass up, 12k capacity, and a built in air compressor. This will work well on my new trailer, and save me from dragging my pancake compressor and generator everywhere when I have to drag vehicles out of the woods / barns.

This thing is MASSIVE....that is a size 13 steel toe boot for reference.

I'd be interested in what you think of the winch and compressor after you use ti for a while.

Oh man....cryptic! Hopefully you don't already know something I don't! The winch didn't come with a controller, so that is on order (and part of the reason the price was too good to pass up).

Interwebs says this will fill a 35" tire in 90-120 seconds, the original promo videos from various outlets made it look pretty awesome, probably not worth it brand new or on a dedicated trail rig where you can mount a secondary compressor...but for me, this should be a great setup for trailer and general work around the property useage. Probably overkill for a trailer, but better to have too much and slip a disc than to live comfortably and have to use a snatch block.

No I'm genuinely curious. Never known anyone to own one. I think one would be great on the front of my F250 if it would fit. Looks massive.

I thought it was. I didn't wanna come speak just in case is wasn't you lol. I was on my way to cut a few tree's towards Denton and had to stop and get fuel.
😂 Shoulda said something. There's not another M1151A1 with this $500 wheel/tire combo (intentionally running them anyway) 🤣

But I didn't blow a sidewall today 🤘🏿

Reason I ask is because one of the local VFD sold one that looked like that one and had their FD painted on the door, just wondered if that was it.
