We got em too bud. Your welcome to take them back if you have a shortage.

We don't seem to have near as many as chatham though. Ground hogs have made it this way too
Yea we've had quite a few on the farm here lately. They been burrowing under the concrete pad of one of our buildings so their lifespan seems to be a little shorter around here.

Here's a video of the setup in action on a normal split

And of course we had to do a knot just to see how high it goes :)

We took videos of the in process and then went back later and watched them in slow motion and figured out the max values and put them in a spreadsheet:

Oh, I think he did. That's why half the wood that he "is gonna stack later" is still sitting there.
Grant did a similar project in middle school.

Except it was penetration of different species of wood shot with a shotgun. I was surprised the teacher approved it.
