Recommendation for a tint place in Raleigh?

Coworker wants to get the windows in his truck tinted, I don't really know any places local. (Not really much to tint on a TJ?)
Any suggestions for good shops? Or places to avoid?

there is a 3m place on Capital, they share a building with a car wash. They did really good work on my old grand cherokee. kind of ghetto but good work.

I had that guy do our NITRO. Had him rip the sides off and redo it....there was so much crap under the tint....dust, sand, etc. He was pissed to redo it...kept saying that it would dry smooth......

well the 2nd job was a bit better, but still pretty crappy. Lots of bubbles near the edges (where you couldnt see them with the windows up). There are still spots where there is dust under it.

Im sure he can tint....he just cant clean.
