i would like to clear this up for my own name: i didn't have the title at the time but legally was mine and i acquired the title to it as i had posted in the for sale thread which now ofcourse the jeep is long gone and i still have a title for it but point proven that it was a misunderstanding, like always, with people too quick to judge someone.

and to clear this up which i'm honest to do so: back years ago parting out another jeep with tires, lockers, 8.8 etc.. i totally and honestly Unintentionally appeared to have screwed over CarDudeNC and some other guy because i just didn't handle the sales very well and got so side tracked with work, moving at the time, and parting out that jeep while selling other stuff that YES it was my fault for all this taking place but I never intentionally meant to screw/back out of deals to anyone who appears to still think so. I have made my apologies to those who thought i did them wrong but i cannot change how people handle it.

Glad you openly admitted to selling a vehicle in NC without a title... Pretty sure that's illegal as well...

actually must correct you here...not illegal at all. people sell vehicles all the time for parts as i did without titles, papers or any such things so please spare me once again about how "righteous" you so claim to be that you and all others on here are so "clean" of any sin in your lives..Give me a freaking brake!! I've never seen people on such high horses as this crowd...and I'm supposed to be proud/ego one?? at least i admit my wrongs and don't talk so much shit about how perfect and "legal" my life is.

I am going to refrain from calling you any names or saying anything disparaging against you. I want to clarify one point for you and then I will shut up and let you carry on however you wish. This site is owned by 2 members. Two members who I (along with many others) happen to consider close friends. Two members who have 3 wonderful kids, two of which happen to be world classes RAAAAARRRRGHerss as I learned earlier this week ;).

No one here really caries about the morality of your sales or riding habits. No one cares about your salvation. Well actually that's not true. Several here do care about your salvation, but that is not the purpose of the posts calling out illegal activity. It is not a matter of salvation, morality, sin or offending boogie monsters. It is simply this, believe it or not this site is monitored by lots of folks including law enforcement. If you or anyone else post something stupid and illegal my friends come under scrutiny from law enforcement. They can be forced by law enforcement to turn over all kinds of information including IP and registration information about every member here, including you. Their life gets complicated because of the actions of others. If they allow people to conduct illegal business they could be charged with aiding and abetting the crime or criminal negligence. It can and has happened. The internet isnt anonymous. Every post you make can be traced right back to your house. Just an FYI there. Also selling a vehicle you do not have a clear title for is illegal. Parting it out is illegal. It is done all the time, sure. But it is still illegal. Just like speeding is done all the time and pot is smoked all the time, but it is still illegal. When caught there are consequences.

Please carry on and have fun. Post your crazy innovative builds I enjoy them. But please refrain any posts about illegal activity or the ban hammer will get dusted off and it will involve every IP you or any of your previous personas have posted under.
 
ha ha Jeff...and no didn't go to sampson (not that i would tell you) but did go out to a local spot and had good bit of fun...the rain did make it bit too muddy but was still fun. i actually have a customer/friend who lives off sampson rd so even if i wanted to go...i have a right of way anyhow...the beauty of once you get to know people..uuhhhmmmmmmmm you really get to see they aren't as bad as you might judge them to be so those locals that everyone calls "crazies" and complain about people riding there...some of the "type" of people i see here...i don't blame them at all if people on the trail act half as "righteous" and talk as much junk as they do on here. Just Sayin!!

no offense at all just laughing but this "man i feel like we've become FBI patrol on here" shoot if i didn't know better, i'd quit this off road gig to save me from all this illegal activity i'm endangering myself with...sorry i'm being smart but i can't help to laugh at how a simple selling some jeep parts on jeep website years ago turned into FBI investigation...i'm blown away BTW This post is just for laughs so please CALM DOWN<>::save the rounds!!!lol
