as a Kid I wanted to do 2 things when I grew up..
Play Professional soccer - so I looked up to Pele ( I played soccer for 20 years, started at 6 )
Ride/Win the Tour de France - so I looked up to Greg LeMond. ( I raced bikes for 5 years, started when I was 12 )

As for being an Adult, I have never realy found anyone that stands out as someone I would consider a role model today..

Dad and Stepdad, never needed to look any farther.

My father is who I look up to.

He came from a very poor family with parent's that passed away when he was in his early 20's. He was the first to go to college and is an extremely hard worker. He worked full time while in college and paid for it himself even though he couldn't afford to. But, he found a way to do it and better himself and his family. He always gave me what I needed but made me work for what I wanted. To this day I still look up to him and learn something from him every time we have a late night father-son discussion

My grandfather. When he and grandma would come down to visit he would always take me out and we would do something fun together. He took me shooting once and I got to shoot my first gun (A 22). Sometimes we would go to Wolworths soda fountain and he would buy me a hotdog and a rootbeer. It's funny how you remember the simple things. Unfortunately he passed away when I was only 11 back in 1976.

I grew up with out a dad, mom was a pill & wine addict. I had no heros.

I hate the world.

X2, on the Bones Brigade, but the gonz was my idol. also like blazproc I also raced motox and looked up to Larocco, unfortunatly I raced well past schooldays, did some good and had some good sponcers, but now all I got is some bad knee's interesting surgery scars and A old box truck full of trophy's, but I had A good time. But since I have got older I have realized my dad was the best.
