single track mtb trails

will see if can set something up for when I get back from the beach. headed out the 17th. might try and make an event for it.. will see. if you want to come ride or check it out pm me and ill try and set a day we can all get up and ride.
 
Next time yall visit myrtle beach bring your bike and ride horry county bike walk park its a blast. Did a little over 8 miles today.

Bumping this up. Anyone up for either LNSP or the USNWC on Saturday or Sunday? USNWC has the benefit of good post ride beers and watching people get thrown out of boats in the comp channel.
 
Man ill be in Asheville at the beer fest this coming weekend. So I probably won't it but will be riding a little at the house sunday. I plan on riding some where the following weekend. Maybe start at the house ride a little then go hit up Hurley park of signal hill.

I'll be glad to lead an out of shape ride. Probably riding USNWC today, then either USNWC or Poston this weekend.

I'm headed down in 2 weeks, been looking for years for somewhere to ride down there. i well def try to get there. is there anything for the kids and wife to do there also? (my kids are under 6). also do i need a helmet?

You will have fun. But not much there other than the trails. (Not kid friendly) I just leave my wife shopping I go ride then come back and pick her up lol... And yes helmets required.
 
cool thanx, how are the trails, any jumps? i come from a bmx background so high speed and decent jumps are perfect to me. but i also like the technicality of single track/ free ride.
 
It has a little of everything but a lot of fast single track and there is a bunch of switch backs in and out of the woods. There is a few jumps but nothing major.

Anyone know the good trails near Asheville area? I am heading there this weekend to see family and would like to bring my bike along...
