Snow in Boone/Mt. City

How much is there? If I get a wild hair and decide to go to Callantee Saturday for a lil ride is my 2wd dually going to have issues? what kind of shape are the roads in? Anyone else got the snow wheeling bug?

Same forecast as here, just colder.

I doubt they have a very good snow plan especially off the beaten path. Might better bring a rider to drive the tow rig while you pull it with the buggy

its not that bad this morning, they have a lot of the roads cleared here. not sure about mtn city, we went last weekend after some rain and the parking lot was pretty sloppy. you should be OK in the dodge though, ill probably meet you guys up there if there is a few people coming up. as far as the roads though i think your going to be fine. i think we might get more snow tonight though

Yea its not that bad really, roads are cleared should be fine. IF you were to have any trouble it'd be in the parking lot. Theres gonna be handful of us out there tom. so no worries.
