I say why not give him another chance. It is simple enough to "cheat" the system if he was trying to be dishonest about it. New I.P. address and noone would know the difference. Who here among us has not made mistakes many times. I say let him back but keep him limited to underage status for awhile until he proves himself. I assume this goes by his birthdate though.
I say we allow him to return but keep a close eye on him. Maybe he has learned from his mistake and I am sure noone here will let it be forgotten for awhile. Just my .02
