I woke up saw the snow and was like hell ya I am gonna drive the Jeep just for fun..

it is so funny how people just stare at you when you drive a lifted rig in "adverse weather conditions"

So who else pulled out there trailer queen for a drive..

Haha, I intentionally did NOT drive my 4Ruunner today, just out of principle. What we have here is pretty minimal and I knew I didn't need it.
Plus, I wanted to see how the Mazda would do in it anyway, now that it has Pirelli tires.

i drove my runner, my dd is a 2wd pickup. I didn't lock the hubs in though, but it was there if I needed it.

Since I only have a bikini top for my CJ and it was 27degrees out, I drove the DD XJ with bald tires. I did bring the tow strap, just in case :bounce:

no way.

way too many other poor drivers in this area to risk having one of them slam into the truck.

I punked out, I don't want the salt/road slush/crap on my Jeep. I drove my 2wd pickup with michelen X Ones.

With that being said, bash away.......

Well my DD is my tow rig which is 4x4 so that did not matter.. I knew I would not need 4x4 it was just fun to drive the XJ

I considered it. But, an increasingly leaky oil pan gasket and my rear spool made me think otherwise. I do drive it to school occasionally anyway, just because my students get a kick out of it.

After that BS ice storm and traffic disaster 2 years ago, I drove my truck today. No more 5 hours sitting in traffic in a V8 rear wheel drive for me. I'll make a road if I have to. It still took 1 hour and 50 minutes to drive from Smithfield to Raleigh this morning.

I did doughnuts with my Excursion in the work parking lot! Slid right into my parking spot next to my buddies car. LOL...good clean fun.

I did doughnuts with my Excursion in the work parking lot! .

Had to do one with the Dodge... But there was only one other car, and it was FAR from where I was swinging my 22 foot long sledge around...

I did donuts on top of the parking deck this morning (where nobody was parked), and had an audience of approval looking out of the building, except for the Vice President. He wasn't real thrilled. Oh well I had fun, gave a bunch of people some entertainment for a few minutes and nobody got hurt so it doesn't matter.

I did. I stopped by a local RTP site for some light snow wheeling before work.

Hell, nothing ever happens in WNC, well not in cullowhee anyhow, we just get rain, a little sleet last night, last week we got rain and maggie valley got like 9" of snow, im sure asheville got some too, Cullowhee = cold rain, just another reason it sucks.

nope , drove the superduty as usual. bronco needs a brakeline and wheel bearings. ill fix that junk over the weekend.

We had VERY LITTLE freezing rain earlier this morning. Nothing more.

I drove the dodge. I almost drove the wifes Jimmy just in case it got bad but I took the chance it would not.

IF it gets real bad I have Chains for all 4 wheels for the 35's on the J10
