I think you missed the point that I have several pictures and details that show the illegal wheeling. You can't call slander or defamation of character when there is proof. The very first picture I took down the member even admitted to what they did (and it was even said on the pic) and didn't realize what they were doing and how it effects us all.

Oh and these pictures are completely public on the internet. Anybody can find them just like me.

If I were the person whose FB page you took that from you'd have worse issues then an illegal wheeling ticket from the law or being dropped from a club. In order to defame someone's character they must first have character.
Trespassing.
Destroying someone else's private property and ruining the reputation of thousands of good honest wheelers doesn't describe a person of character.

Its not fun to the land owner.

Do you want to expand that theory...

What if a convicted rapist decided to "have fun" with your body... is that ok? He was just having fun...
