Sources for Fuel Cells

Where can I find a fuel cell for the dodge? I'm thinking it'd be easier to do than deal with trying to mess with the dealership again. I'm finding 20 gallons at summitracing.

Any opinions or suggestions?

Does it matter if the vehicle is carb vs FI? Running off a lower fuel pressure etc...?

Not really, you may have to add a fitting or something though.

Ok this has always bugged me.
What makes it a "fuel cell" verses a "fuel tank"?

i think fuel "cells" were designed for racing or whatnot and have an inner bag in them to help in hazard prevention, but i could be waaay off
