Swampy go fast

u still going 2 dpg?

Uhhhh I am if Braxton gets ass over to help me finish the truck. Tonight I changed the oil and set the front bump stops to keep from killing the oil pan. I also made a mount for the ps resv.
I'm going back down stairs tonight to wire some more and put the fan on the radiator. I don't have enought room to mount it on the back side so it will have to go on the front. I'm not sure how to make the shroud for it though.....
I'm going to get get a propane kit from Kennith Tomorrow!

Anyone know if the inspection cover from a 700r will work on a TH350?

Uhhhh I have't had one over in a few nights......I need to work on that.

I got a plastic t350 cover if you really want one. I have never run one.

you can have it if ya want

I got my propane stuf tonight :) Now I'll get back to work for a few hours.

All the electronice are working now....except my start switch which I think might be bad. I still have to put the propane on...put front shocks back on, make the steering ram double shear...and I might go over the welds on the cage while the it's inside infrount of the welder

Oh yea......and I need a lokar dip stick tube by.......tomorrow. I don't know if I feel comefortable taking it to dpg or not.

Thats an expensive haul for a conversation piece

I've got some school work to do then I'm going to pick up a carb spacer and dip stick tube from Hot Rod Barn

I did my first dealings with the people at Hot Rod Barn in hickory this evening. The guy who runs the place was pretty good. He was linking up the back of a camero.....he was using a syncrowave200 all the welds looked pretty good.

No DPG for me......There is still too much work to be done. I could have it going by then but don't feel comefortable hauling it anywhere without testing it at home first.

:gay: I drove my junk out of Larrys shop and onto the trailer
(50ft?), then headed 4.5hrs to Harlan without a clue as to what was in store. Thats just weak:flipoff2:

Oh well....I've never even heard mine run for more than 30 seconds. I don't know if it's going to run hot...or not charge....or other bad shit. I'll just wait and make sure it works like its supposed to before I waste money and time hauling it around.

Pane is on.....yeppe

I'm going to fire it up today and take it for hot laps in the back yard

Me and Ed worked on it till about 4 A.M. The progression got slower as we got closer to the end of that 18 back.

I need to get a timming light and tune in the timming. It's not wanting to start on the propane. It turns over fast and then acts like the battery is dead......meter still shows 12 volts. I went ridding all day and it was a relaxing vacation from working on swampy.

wellll I will post some more pics tonight but the propane is on but doesn't run yet. I need to get a better starter. Mine will spin over fast and then slug and stop. I'm going to try a 3.5 hp mini from ebay and see if that turns it over better.

Here are some pis of my putting the propane stuff together
