The Base Camp - Super Duty Ambulance Conversion

Finished up the swaybar relocation yesterday. Ended up reusing the 2wd swaybar, moving it 1 inch down and 1 inch forward. No chance the 4wd bar would have worked. Has about 1.5 C-hair clearance to the trackbar frame bracket, but horseshoes and handgrenades and whatnot.

Re-bled the brakes and took it for a spin this evening. Rides pretty well, no strange noises, so I'm satisfied. ABS came on almost immediately so I assume one of the donor sensors is clapped. Also have a small driveline vibe that I won't put any effort into since I have to redo the shaft after it gets a transfer case.

You need a transfer case or you got one? I have a few NP271s and NP273s laying around.

They're stupid easy to rebuild! FWIW, I got tired of trying to figure out what they suggest running in them for lube and got the Valvoline "transfer case fluid" from Advance. Meets all the specs and isn't terribly expensive.
