Updates. The trans leak is fixed. Still no brakes. 08 f450 head lights are the same height as my bumper. No brakes and the t-case popped into neutral and I got my first scratch and took out the headlight.... anyone have a lead on a superduty driverside headlight for and 08?
 
I'm still working on this. I picked up tired for it and ordered a disc brake set up for the d70. But wakeboarding has taken up most of my time.

ol'Jeeps! Its getting close. I put in the residual valves like we had discussed, but the rear drums were still fighting me. So I got feed up with them and am converting it to disc...

Its getting closer! Maybe by the fall I'll drive it....
 
Hopefully won't have to change the mc. Time will tell. Should know mid week....

The brakes are done. The master doesn't have enough fluid capacity for the disc with the cutting brake. So I am now looking for a different master. I have the E350 one on there now.

Any suggestions.
 
It stops. 1 ton dodge mc. Gave up on the cutting brake for now.

Few little things needed but its ready for some testing.

I have seen many ppl need to do vacuum ore pressure bleeding setups to get cutting brakes bleed right
 
Spins the tires, goes through the gears and stops.

May need a traction bar...

As it sits now. The spare is just sitting in the back. Ratchet strap holding up the tail gate. Not sure what to do with the spare yet.

Yesterday I flushed the PS system and put fresh fluid in. Attempted to burp the cooling system. It still gets hot.

But I'm very happy with the results and the stance of the 38s.

Its a mall crawler. Took it on a real cruise of the streets. 20 miles and it was great. Still some tuning to do. Over all happy. Loves to be right around 45 mph and one hand on the wheel.
