Finally got my chance to upgrade to some larger tires. Picked these up from a guy on here. 37X12.50R15 Pitbull Rockers. Kids were more than willing to help the old man out.
I opted to ditch those stupid aluminum "bolt protectors" I had on the wheels originally. They did their job and no bolts were damaged, however, it took me almost 4 hours cussing with a screwdriver to get the bolts inside the aluminum out. At $30 per wheel to replace, I'll pass. Fresh coat of paint and some plain old stainless washers for that subtle BLING.
Looks meaner I think and the kids approve. Next week I'll get it inside and trim the rear corners of the front fenders to make them fit. I'm still waiting on my one new tire I bought to make a full set. One of this set had a repaired sidewall that will make a nice spare.

I too am proficient in helping other people spend money on their rigs!
I'v always been a big fan of this truck since HG started building it. I'm glad you bought it and are putting it to good use! Oddly enough, it's cool to see a capable rig that's not on tons with a big, powerful motor.
I’ll also note that @HGSR named this thing the Hornet because his Dad put a bullet hole in the door. While trimming the driver fender 3 empty shell casings rained out onto the shop floor.
