I'm a day late getting started with the TOTW... I am fighting a cold, so at least there's a lame excuse. ;)

What's the most athletic/physically challenging thing you've done recently?

Mine is working up to doing 100 consecutive push-ups.

I'm about two weeks behind, so will not get there in 6 weeks (like I said, cold, etc...), but maybe I can do it in 8 or 9. I am still doing pushups a couple of days a week, just not on track for the sets in the program. Considering I'm a girl with no upper body strength, I feel pretty good to be able to do a couple of sets of 20, much less up to 70 a day!

Are you really a chick? :flipoff2:
I don't believe any chick could get up to 100 pushups at a time unless they are really butch!

LMAO... Does that mean I can already do more than you? :flipoff2:

I'm not up to 100 at a time yet... I can do a set of maybe 20 at a time... and if you add up all the reps in all the sets it calls for on, say, day 3 of week 3, I did 80.

I used to be able to do that many.. I was doing them regular in the mornings on my own no program. But I've been lax the last year or so.

I just dropped to the floor and was only able to do 40 push ups.. ... Guess I need to get with the program...

im wondering how many people get down and see how many push ups they can do after reading this:lol::lol::lol:

IDK, probably picking up axles to move them outta the garage. I can pick up a fairly heavy amount of stuff, but I can't do anything that takes more than a few seconds thou, I've noticed that here recently and its almost scary, I seriously am like completely out of breath after like 8ish seconds, and I don't even smoke or anything . . . so outta shape

50 . . . I am soooooooooo outta shape :shaking:

No big deal thou, I make up for all my inequities with my Jeep and Trucks :driver:

My last "leg day" at the gym... damn the squats...damn the squats.

Wife did a 60 mile walk in 3 days not too long ago.. :)

Nothing extreme here. Tuesday night I rode six laps on my MTB bike around my trail (takes a little over 5 minutes to ride one lap), and then lifted weights for about 30 minutes.

I've been cutting up or cutting down pine trees around my house for about 3 yrs, and just stacking the logs. About two months ago I finally got motivated to take the logs to the LCID a half mile down the road. I loaded the bed of my truck and my 5x8 utility trailer each 5 times with logs and then unloaded them at the dump. I was fairly tired at the end of that day.
