Toy run at Callalantee

What ever the masses decide on, is fine with me.
but,...
If it were to be held in Mnt City, I think we should obtain a permit, to hold a parade, and file rig by rig by the entrance of the park, but not go in.
I think the parade should end in town, for all to see.
I think there should be a few 4X8 billboards made to fit atop of some cars or trucks, that read something like "Even though the management of Callalantee doesn't want to help with a 4 Wheeling toy run, the Wheelers of surrounding states will NOT let the kids of Mountain City TN go without toys for Christmas. It would be nice to have several of these driving around the town for a few weeks.
Now.......

I have spoken to Doug personally, and this is NOT how he would like this handled, at all.

so that said, he and some of our board members are going to get together this weekend in Spartanburg, at the ECORS race and make some plans.

Doug is very excited that this is going to get to take place!
 
I'm down for either location. I could mention this to my management at work and see if they can help in anyway.(I work at Kmart)
 
I dont understand why everyone is saying Neeta is being unreasonable, about the toy run. We would love to have Doug come to Callalantee and put on his toy run. Callalantee has always been proud to be apart of such a positive cause. Doug would have full control of the park that day and my friends and I would be happy to help in any way we could. And yes toys are as good as money that day. I also want to thank Doug for the time he has already taken to assist us.

Good news! Next year we will have annual riding passes at a reasonable price
 
She needs to open the park under her management & insurance and let this be a ride for our offroaders to come and ride and instead of paying admission we purchase a toy and/or toys in the amount of regular admission, some pay more for the very much needed children in that vincinity. Alot of us pay $300 or more just to get there, which there are no complaints at all to help these children. Doug does enough to collect and disburse the toys. I think she should do this only (1) time a year for yalls community! So show your support and let this continue how it has the past 3 yrs we have came! That simple or we will do other arrangements.

It says "callalente park manager" in his profile.Would this be Neeta's son?

Also no way to shut down the whole park for this event and this event only.Too many back ways into the park not closed off.Found one last weekend accidently with fresh 4 wheeler tracks and remnants of a fire still smouldering.
