After alot of heckling from my buddy, i've finally decided to start my build thread. The project first started out as a 1989 geo tracker that my buddies got for me for my birthday some few years ago and after alot of money and alot of mistakes made, i ran across a 1999 geo tracker that only needed a fuel pump.

After awhile of wheeling it and having problems with the IFS, i decided to strip everything out of the '89 and put it on the '99. Plans are as of now to 4-link the rear, 3-link the front, run a toyota steering box for the high steer kit, install a samurai tcase with 6.5:1 gear, toyota axles welded front and rear, 35" TSL's, and 4 14" fox racing airshocks

Big thanks to Stuntman autoworks and untchabl for all the help so far, long ways to go to make it to zuwharrie this year

I like it!

It has the 2.0l in it, and got a little more work done on it tonight. Stuntman autoworks cleaned all the unnecessary brackets off the front axle while i mocked up how i'm going to mount the steering box.

looking good. Im guessing your tracker was rack & pinion before? I would sure love to have the 2.0l over my 8v anyday.

Yea it was man just glad that it seems like the steering is gonna work out. Ive been wondering if the stock power steering pump would have enough ass for the toyota steering box so i guess ill find out soon enough lol

Finished up plating the frame rail with 1/4" steel and mounted up the steering box
