Can anybody tell me why it only takes 2 days to get a package from Wisconsin to Greensboro, but from the time it gets to Greensboro, it's been 4 days to get something to Raleigh? It was supposed to be delivered yesterday...
and I still don't friggin have it!
In the past UPS has been pretty good. (by the way, I didn't have a choice of who the shipper was)

Call and bitch. That's rediculous for it to take 3 days to leave G-vegas.
If it arrived on Sat and waited 'til Monday, that'd be understandable for teh weekend... but not Sun-wed?
 
I got you beat.
-I next day aired a box from Cali last Thursday to my shop. I just got it yesterday, it sat in greensboro for 5 days before getting delivered down here.
-Had a vendor drop ship 2 boxes next day air Saturday delivery on a friday, one made it there saturday, the other Monday. This was maybe 2 weeks ago.

UPS has been having a lot of problems lately. Ground shipments seem to be effected less than everything but I can pretty much bet they will screw up a NDA shipment for me.
 
Simple got lost in the system..

when i worked at UPS.. I would always find boxes, etc hidden under ramps, stairs etc.. that were not supposed to be there..
 
It only took 2hrs and 17 min to get fromg G-boro to Raleigh, whats the problem :flipoff2:

If you call and complain and the delivery is later than what is on the UPS shipping label receipt, they will refund you 100% of the shipping costs. I know it doesn't solve the problem or answer the question, but for expensive shipping it can surely make someone a little less pissed :)
 
Pkgs getting loaded on the wrong brown truck is a big problem in the system. I work for the UPS in winston and I'll have at least one every day, I call my sup. and they will come get it and take to the right driver Some don't call them in. Could have gotten busted up and been re packed, lable gotten ripped off, etc. That is just a few thing that could have happend. I agree tho 4 days is a little crazy,
