Vandals at URE

Ok the forest service wants us to use flat back spray bomb or flat grey spray bomb to cover the spray paint.

How many cans do we need? Pm me with details on what's on your mind.

Not to bring up an old issue, but I saw it again this weekend. It was the same grafiti as the last time, so let's not all start bashing anyone again. I'll fix it the next time I'm there but it will be a month or so. Also, can we just paint Poser rock with some primer grey paint??

I would like to catch them. I'm sure I would love to shove my foot up there ass, butby seeing the way they love to f*** themselves and us. I guess thay would like that.... or tie them up to said tree and let people throw some honey on them and let mothernature over. or nail there balls to a stump and set it on fire... that's just off the top of my head though... I hate pointless vandallism.

Someone should steal his rig and part it out, or burn it to the ground. What an ass.

I know a LOT of people did the work to find out what to use and when to fix it. Maybe this is new, maybe it was just missed. I think I'm going to start carrying a can of flat black with me just in case. This is ridiculous. If I find out who's doing this, I will let everybody know...

...where I left him tied!

Be careful, if you get caught with paint up there you may be blamed.

If you are taking that approach, talk to the forest service first, and let them know you are tired of jackasses like this, and want to do what you can when you see it. That way you can have someone in the FS that knows you are riding around with a can of paint, and WHY you are shoving it up some punks ass beside a graffitied tree.

I'm pretty sure Janet and the rangers know me well enough from the work I've done down there to know better if someone did find me with paint. I like the "retribution" idea, though. Should I poke a hole in the top of the can first, though?

Would it be bad to take a pull knife and shave a small amount of bark off the tree? Would look better than black or grey spots on the trees.

The approved solution was posted above by WILLC. It is to use flat black or flat grey paint. Lets not make this complicated for everyone.
