Want to brag on my son.

Some of you know all the trouble I had getting my 16 year old son into school.

Long story short - he was raised by his mom. I was not allowed to see him or my daughters for 7 years. Ex moved them to AZ without my knowledge. He was a c and d student while with his mom. He decided to move back to NC from AZ and live with his grandma so he could go to school with the friends he grew up with. His mom did not want him to. She reported him as a runaway and refused to sign for him to get in school. Lawyers go involved and he got in 3 weeks late.

Fast forward to yesterday.

His Grandmother called. School had some kind of standardized test. He scored the highest in the whole school. His grades have gone to As and Bs.

I know he lurks on here on occasion. I told him to make an account. Maybe he has without me knowing.

Hopefully he will read this and know how proud I am of him.

You should be proud... Speaking from experience with ex-wife, courts, lawyers and other teenage BS... These next few years will be the most beneficial to your son. Make the most of them and just have fun.
