I design all of the WSSU Rams Sports Marketing Materials. Hell I did the Game day programs for that game and I'm working on the program for next weeks game right now. I took a break for that to check the boards just now.
Guess all the design work I do does nothing for their performance

Maybe you should work ou ta design based on a screenshot from that catch - just about when he is perfectly horizontal but has it in his hand

That is a Pro rule. HS is down when the knee touches the ground. Kinda like the rule of the stripes on the ball and first down's. HS/pro just has to cross the chains, college has to have the white lines cross the chains.
