Yes, I have heard very good things about Rob's stuff. I do have a question though, not about the beadlock, but, from the pic it looks like your lugs ar off centered. Is it just the angle of the picture?
 
Any Comments about the split inside ring that you would weld?

I prefer one solid ring. easier to center, less chance of leaks, etc....
 
Depends on how much cheaper you can get the beadlocks with the inners cut in two. You as a mfg can put many more on a single sheet of steel as compared to a single ring...so it would be saving you money.
The only two piece rings I've ever seen were AL.

And I heard there was a silver "cj" on ~39's at the fairgrounds this week...you?

Yep. it was me. A friend of mine and I represented our club by pulling the disabled cars out of the ring.
