What color should I paint my skid plate?

I will soon be losing THE SHOVEL off my LJ Rubicon. The one I'm ordering is a tummy tucker and will ship in bare steel. So I have to paint it.

No one will really see it (I HOPE) but I was thinking colors won't be much more than black so why not have fun.

What color is the LJ?
Bright colors are cool, but might as well do it something that will go along with other color schemes.

One option - paint it bright yellow.
Then stencil in giant letters on it "HELP!", lol.

I say as bright as possible for a simple reason...

Safety yellow/orange/chartreuse will be easier for spotters to see it under the rig, better contrast, even in bright sunlight.

While some may think it a bit "redneck", many of the folks 10-15 years ago also painted the yoke ends bright colors for the contrast against the (usually BLACK) knuckles...

Really too common, 3 stock jeeps in the area have that, really ruined it from my point of view.

Heres a quick stencil I made. Yeah, I SHOULD be working. The hashes are from previous spray tests on that fridge.


So whatever color I go with I'm thinking I'll put this on there.
Like red with white skull, black with white skull, yellow with black skull, green with black skull.
