What have you done for your health today?

I love having the Ridge 6 miles from the house. Finally back at it for the last few weeks. It's really about 10.5 miles at the wheel.

Today was test and recovery, been back in the gym with my son for about 2 months. At first it felt like the strength was gone forever. But last few weeks it’s like the muscles woke up and said “ok Assholes- we are back but use it or lose it”

Workouts feel better than they have since my 20s. And despite swearing to my wife i wasn’t going to ever lift heavy again for the sake of my joints…that little teenager is on my shoulder calling me a puddy and loading the bar.
