I love having the Ridge 6 miles from the house. Finally back at it for the last few weeks. It's really about 10.5 miles at the wheel.

Sure, I vary them almost every time, but pretty much the same. Depending on what ingredients and volume of them will change how many it makes. 20-24Could you share your recipe for those egg muffins? Ive been eating Greek yogurt for breakfast and I need to change it up sometimes.

Sorry, I'm one of the ones that thinks fat is good for you. Watch all the additives and processed stuff and you'll be fine.Downloaded the cronometer app two weeks ago to track what I've been eating. Man what an eye opener to just how much fat content a slice of bacon has.. or peanuts!
My son was using an app like that. It's interestingHopping back on this train. Turned 39 on the 9th. On the 10th, I got back in the gym and starting tracking calories. Doing 5x a week in the gym and running on Sunday. Using MacroFactor app to track food, it works really well, has AI built in. Can snap a photo of your plate and it will calculate everything out for you.
Down about 8lbs already.
Agree! I was just surprised at the percentage per measurement based on my goals.Sorry, I'm one of the ones that thinks fat is good for you. Watch all the additives and processed stuff and you'll be fine.

Just like eating fruit (high sugar) is good for you but eating gummy bears are not, there are good and bad fats. The fat in meats that is edible is typically not bad for you compared to say seed oils or Crisco type productsSorry, I'm one of the ones that thinks fat is good for you.
