What have you done to your rig today?

The trans cooler is a factory yj ac condenser.
hey I've been dying to know this: so you can use ac condensoers for trans coolers?? i have tons of them laying around! thanks for the info

Got my transfer case out, split it apart and replaced the chain. It was basically dry which caused it to get hot and stretch. Guess I should have checked that when I bought it and replaced the motor. Should have it back in by the end of the week and hopefully on a trail soon!

Changed the h2s out for steel wheels and swapped all the stauns over to the new wheels. Thanks for the help of some good friends because that was a PITA job. Glad it's finally done.

Got my transfer case back in. Just gotta fill with fluid and adjust linkage. Although I think I'm gonna go aftermarket linkage and not fool with the junk that is there.

Welded in the crossmember for my rear four link. Some frame plating with 3/16. Gave the links a rattlecan rebuild and complained about not understanding 4 link geometry.
Was the Jackman for my buddies Cherokee clutch install.
Cleaned the carb on my dr650, and rearranged the the tool boxes on my f250 and cab truck.

Changed a broken motor mount and chained the new down so hopefully the duel cases don't break it

The tuffy console was definitely worth the money. It stayed locked even with a big ass pry bar on it

Wire wheeled the 60 for the k5 a little but and painted what I could. Need to pull the knuckles off and clean up everything else.
