Anyone else going to have trouble sleeping tonight? Ill be too excited to sleep for sure! Im gona be at mcdonalds at 3am to have my breakfast of champions. Im going to do one more broadhead practice session this afternoon to make sure I stay sharp.
 
Bow season?
 
My excitement will start at about 9:45 p.m. In a loud ass bar with a big f'ing group of drunken crazy people. Gotta work all damn day...... Will likely see McDonalds or Waffle House around 3 a.m. on Sunday though....

first time since '64...one month to get yours!!!

Hunters must have a permit and can take only one gator. They must catch and restrain the gator first, pulling it beside their boat or near land before killing it with a handgun or a bang stick – a wooden stick with an exploding cartridge.

South Carolina held a lottery earlier this year for 1,000 available alligator permits. About 1,500 hunters from 18 states as far away as Utah applied. As of Thursday, just over 700 winners had paid their $100 fee and had been issued permits.

Hell yeah, and I'm missing it. :(
 
i just spent two hours getting all my gear together after getting in a few last minute broadhead runs at the 3d range. if there are any wilson co. popo's on the boards, please ignore a black xj running down hwy's 42 an 264 around 5:50 tomorrow morning, its just gonna be me, late as hell getting to the stand as usual.
 
lol, i was concerned at the amount of time it took to offend someone!

for the record. i was only kidding.
 
Its 1am and I just saw tropic thunder, and Im pumped now! I guess Ill set the alarm for 4am and try to get some sleep since my spot is only a few miles away.
 
i saw two does in the morning but they didnt get any closer than 75yds. in the afternoon i hunted a line we just had pushed at the club and i jumped three walking in and four leaving, but didnt see any while in the stand (aka. stand was in the wrong spot, ill be a little farther back up the line next sat.)

i think im goin tomorrow afternoon after i get out of class.
 
i had 11 deer all eating within bow range at one time, but no bucks. (well there were some buttons and spikes but nothing worthwhile) i had plans that night, and i wasn't going to spend the evening cleaning a deer unless he was a wall hanger.
