My random thought post got me thinking I'm not normal. Wife and I shower together every time unless we are working opposite shifts and dont see each other. I'm curious to see who does what.

If I wouldn't harass her the whole time, she might do it more often. If she would do it more often, I wouldn't harass her the whole time.
 
Sometimes. Usually she is up before me so as she is getting out of the shower I'm getting in. or vice versa at night Im usually in first as she follows. generally though she will join me
 
When we built our house, we built in a shower with 2 nozzles. If we’re here together, we shower together. Shift work gets in the way sometimes.
 
My wife showers with hot lava. We took a bath together once.

Tried to shower once. My skin started to boil. Turtled out of fear of losing peter skin. Decided that wasn't too sexy

I have no clue what the gene is but wife can bathe in lava and drink coffee that is physically boiling.
we will occasionally shower together but it almost has to be planned so she can have the temp half of her normal and I survive

Same. I make us coffee every morning. I pour mine and blow for a second before I take a sip. Hers, I have to heat in the microwave for an entire minute or else it's cold.

I don't understand it. When she is in the tub, she is lobster red from the waterline down when she stands up..yet she has the skin of a 20yr old.
 
So I would like to add a caveat to this there should be a category for “those with kids under the age of 10” and “all others”. My wife can’t leave the room for more than half a second before one of the kids is saying “where is mommy” and then they go look for her... so our opportunities to have an uninterrupted shower together are slim to none on a regular basis unless we want to answer a million questions as to why and those questions and answers be repeated to everyone we ever meet at church/grocery store/family function/stranger on the side of the road for evermore.
