whos ready for the snow

5-9 here by Sat night.I'll believe it when I see it,but I'm ready for it.They are callin for a wet heavy snow and are sayin electricity outage is likely.Might need to put some tags on the blazer tommorow.
 
I'll bring the Jeep out and play...Maybe make some money pulling some fools out. I swear there had to have been 20 cars in my neighborhood stuck last time it snowed...In 4x4 trucks :rolleyes: I'm out to the garage to put the 33's on just in case we do get some snow.
 
I always wondered how you went about making money pulling people out. What do you say. Hey $20.00 and i'll get you out.

Well, just tell me how you go about making money.
 
In my experience, I'll ask someone if they need help and after getting them out they'll just offer me some $ (whatevers in their pocket). For a simple rescue I usually turn it down, tell them not to worry about it and be safe on the way home. I've had a few people that just wouldn't take no for an answer though...like the stranded campers in Brevard after the first big snow storm.
 
I move away from HKY and they get 2 good snows this year, Damnit!
 
i hope we get dumped on! we had a freaking ball last year in the snow, if this go around is half as fun ill be happy.
 
I usually go looking for folks that need a tug out of the ditch.
I never ask for money, but I hardly ever turn down a reasonable offering. Like 10 or even 20 bucks..but I'll always say no first...most times folks will argue w/ me and force money on me...lol A few have offered as much as 50 bucks and I wont accept that much. Just trying to help folks, not rip em off.
 
i made $95 last snow off of pulling 4 ppl out, a hot ass doctor gave me $80 for pulling here out and taking here home, btw she lived on the lake, water front by her self.

I doubt we'll get enough snow to count in Lincolnton. But if we do I'll be out searching for these hot single female doctors that are stranded on the road!:beer:

No, I'm pretty tough. But so ready to wheel in perfect weather.

We will be lucky to see anything here. I miss snow. I grew up in Ohio and we would go out to de-ditch folks. When the state highway patrol shut the roads down you would call your local dept. and give them your name, plate number and area. they would give you "permission to be out to assist folks. As teenagers we mainly just played in it and if we seen someone syuck we would pull them out. If they had money (driving nice vehicles or looks to be well off) we would accept money if they looked average we would tell them to keep it. We just used it as an excuse to drive around in 2-3 feet of snow.
