Still snowing here I believe. Maybe its sleet or something, cant really tell.

We didnt get near the 12"-16" that was forecasted (Right on around the 8" mark, as the actual government weather guys predicted)

Also decided, I cant stand these morons who think they are "snowed in". Snowed in my ass. If you can get out of your apartment and walk somewhere, your NOT snowed in

Pulled three cars out so far and I stayed sideways for probably 80% of the time. Came home to warm up. We have about 6+ inches here.

Just made a trip from Kannapolis to Catwaba and back in the 2wd Chevy. It really wasn't that bad. Tomorrow will be worse when everythings frozen over.

We probably have 18 inches easy, saying another 10 today, some places will top 30".

Already up to the top of the rims on my Mazda.

yeah I used to live in NoVa (northern virginia) and I rmbr when we got over 2 feet in a week and a half. No one got anywhere. I think it was '94 or '96
We all had those ol skool runner sleds and would run down the iced over culdesac roads hop off into a golf cart trail over a frozen pond and into the woods at prolly over 60 miles an hour.
fuckin fearless - those were the days.

oh I forgot to mention - head first.

The crazy shit is that it dide ven start falling here until about 4:30, and wasn't sticking until maybe 6 or so.
We've been averaging over an inch an hour since then.
Camera battery died, once it's charged I'll get some pics.
