I could post a picture of brand new 300m axle shafts that are about 3/4" too short on both sides yielding them worthless...but you all know what axle shafts look like.
You can cut them in the middle, extend to proper length, and build up weld to make up the difference. They're for mid engine rear axle. One really long. One really short.
