A spin off question, I have 33" TSLs that measure at 34" on my TJ, what spring lift height should I look at, 3" or 4"? I do have a 1" BL for the flat belly.

You're right, it'll never work...If you've trimmed the vertical portion of the flares, but not if you have the untouched stock fender flares. Need 3" spring and 1"body.
Exactly, there's more to lift and tire size than height of spring. You have to think about bump stops, shock travel, and the compressed vs. extended length of your shock.Your lift has nothing to do with the tires clearing. How ever your extended bumpstops do at full compression... that's what's keeping your 35s out of your fenders.
They're on 7" wheels so yeah, they measure about the same as the OP's 33" TSLs.And your 35x12.50r17 BFGs are 33s lol
