Yeah, if that would blow over or break out, it would hit the lines below. Looks and sounds like Canadia but I'm not sure.

I'd guess that missing top in the adjacent tree, and chunk of tree top on the ground near the base of the lift had a lot to do with it. Probably rented a lift because it was too expensive to get it taken down, and ended up costing taxpayers $25k and buying the rental company a new lift and f'ing up the neighbors yards/fences/landscape. And buying new shorts.
