I'm changing jobs and will be vacating my position here in Durham with a trade show "exhibit house" and web design firm. So if anyone on here is experienced in customer service, inventory management and likes to travel a little bit, our company in Durham is looking for two account managers right now. Hands - on people are a plus since we wear a bunch of different hats and I do most of our electrical work currently on top of being an account manager. Amazing, tight knit company here in Durham. My departure is just business and I hope to eventually bring them some more business with my new position in Charlotte.

Trade Show Account Manager

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment? We have an immediate opening for a full time Account Manager who will help bring our clients’ trade show events to life. The Account Manager works with sales and in-house clients, managing all aspects of trade show event planning. The Account Manager’s number one priority is to ensure client satisfaction and the success of the client’s events.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client trade show estimates, including obtaining full details from show organizers and getting quotes from approved vendors.
  • Maintain production folders and details for each project.
  • Coordinate pre-show meetings with clients as needed to ensure projects are on track.
  • Organize and process trade show service orders, collecting confirmations from vendors including contracts, prices, delivery dates and shipping information.
  • Coordinate freight shipments and schedules for assigned projects.
  • Monitor progress of project timelines with internal production team and external vendors.
  • Confirm schedule for preview date and time when applicable.
  • Revise project estimates and obtain sign-offs of change orders as needed on approved projects.
  • Reconcile each project when the exhibit returns from a show and coordinate post-show follow-up meeting with client.
  • Reconcile all costs for each project and submit for final invoicing.
  • Gain working knowledge of client’s exhibit properties, components and how they are assembled.
  • Provide on-site show supervision at larger events as needed by client. (Estimated travel is 20% -30% ).
  • Act as primary liaison between production, sales and client.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude who enjoys working with clients to ensure successful trade show events.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be organized, detail oriented and deadline focused while managing multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, sales support or account management.
  • Working knowledge of trade show event management and logistics a plus.
  • Position requires good PC skills and the ability to learn new programs / procedures quickly.
Think you’ve got what it takes?
Interested applicants should send us a note at opportunities@neuconcepts.net. Be sure to include:

  • A catchy subject line
  • Your top 3 skills
  • Your resume
  • Why you want to work with us

Flatbed position and home weekends.

Are you an experienced Generator Technician?
Do you want a pay raise with a guarantee of 40 hours a week, where if we are short the work we pay you anyway and a local home territory with minimal to no over night stays required?

If so, PM me and let's talk.

If you live in or are willing to relocate to the Greenville, SC area there may be an additional sign on bonus available as well.

At this time we need experienced technicians only. We may be looking to hire a couple trainees early next year, but only experienced techs at this time.
Excellent pay. New company vehicles. Relaxed atmosphere. Great company culture and strong benefit package.

B and T HVAC, Inc. In Apex is looking for an installer. No experience required can train, some experience is nice. Your own tools a plus. Please contact 919.210.4855 for questions. Pay dependant upon experience.

The company I work for is looking for A/V installers. I am sorting the applications and will give my recommendations to my boss. If you are interested please PM me. It's in the $15 - $20 range per hour depending on experience in the Raleigh Area. We also have openings in the Charlotte area, Just let me know.

Hiring some part time work in my shop. Looking for someone who has a relatively decent knowledge of Jeeps. Good welding skills would be a plus.

Job would mostly be disassembling wrecked Jeeps and tagging the parts for me to inventory and list in our store. Some repair work and mild fabrication possible. Also general cleaning and normal shop crap that sucks that is part of a normal job. I'm not going to say you won't have to clean the bathroom, but I will say that I won't be the only one cleaning it.

It is really part time work, I am still only working here part time as I transition to full time so hours will be at night after around 6:30 or on weekends. Probably around 8-10 hours per week. I am normally in the shop Tues/Thurs 6:30-10:30 and then Saturday or Sunday depending on what my family schedule is. Looking for someone flexible who can come on an as-needed basis for some extra side cash.

I'm spending a lot of my shop time packing and shipping parts now so I'm getting behind on things doing it alone. Need an extra set of hands. I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with and have a laid back atmosphere here, but I do have a way of doing things that keeps it efficient here. Basically as long as you don't cut and break shit, do unsafe things, and watch your language around my kids if they are here you'll be good to go.

Shop is in Butner, right off of I85 north of Raleigh and east of Durham.
