Slide it onto a workbench. I use gravity on the way down.
Going back onto the jack is more of a grunt and go with it sort of thing.

120 oz H2O a day. Been that way for some time now. Definitely did my damage back in my days of poor overall health and excess weight.

1-Running is good for my heart and as such, blood flow
2- Red meat (like most commercially available meats) is a known carcinogen
3- You got me there. But I do claim Horse Shoe as home
4- recovery shoes post run FTW!

Edited to add, Asiatic "true lilys" like that Tiger are VERY poisonous.

Longest but not heaviest load I've ever put on my poor trailer behind my poor Cherokee. It would not have fit if it would have been a long bed or extended cab. Towed pretty darn well... Also towed a xj 190 miles down the interstate but on a different trailer... At 55. She doesn't squat too much for having a Dakota leaf pack in back. (Nevermind the 5-700# of tools) oh and for the observant eyes, I had unhooked it and hooked back up to unload, thus lack of tie downs, safety chain and wiring.

Be careful getting DEF at that station, it has set lights off on 2 of my trucks multiple times. We just get fuel there now and buy DEF by the jug.

Appreciate the heads up. I've bought about 900 gallons of diesel from there since October last year. Haven't had any issues out of it. The def went in a rental so worst case they can send a tech out to fix it.

We run about 800 gallons a week out of there. Never had a problem with the fuel just the def.
