7th Annual URE Veterans Ride

We have hopes of camping this weekend... maybe come on Thursday, weather cooperating. It's gonna be cold at night (30°). We WILL run the generator for heat... Honda 2000... not horrible, but still makes noise. Anyone have issues with that? If yes, please say so now. ThanX! :driver:

Run that sucker wide open. I know I won’t hear it from the house we are staying in down the road. LOL
 
Bringing pops down for saturday. His wife is STILL in the hospital for back surgery so won't be there for everything, but I've put in for a kitchen pass to come down Friday night and/or Saturday night for campfire cigar smoking and story telling

I'll pay for the fuel in the generator if you loan me an outlet for my hundred foot drop cord. I plan to sleep in a screen covered hammock with an electric blanket under an easy up.

Or I might just sleep in the van.

Sorry, can't do it... our little gen puts out enough juice to run our stuff, but none extra. In the mornings, I have to shut one of the heater's elements down before I can turn the coffee pot on. Otherwise it will trip the breaker. Good luck. :)

Two of us runnin' 2000s as well! Maybe we can tune em' to synchronize in a noise cancelling effect?

I always said...if a generator keeps ya up...you havent had enuff to drink!:beer:

Exactly what do you mean by "plenty"? Some Joker named @Paul texted me to bring fire wood...I don't mind loading it up and bringing some, but if there is going to be a plethora of wood already......

Should I still bring some?
 
I won't make it to ride. But I may load the manche and bring it down for the show and shine....
