Lots of interesting news today

Well, a new twist on stealing converters.

This whole notion is just laughable.
"We have all this debt, how can we pay it off? Oh we'll just invent more money and pay with that."

I was reading an article recently about the debt ceiling. Apparently the USA is one of the only modern countries with a debt ceiling limit. Congress doesn't want to get rid of it because they ALL like to use it as a grandstanding opportunity and to slip something their party wants into the bill. This will never change. It happens no matter which party is in power. They always agree to raise it at the last minute. The whole thing is dumb.

It makes sense if you only consider the debt, and not the effects it has on literally EVERYTHING else.

Oh well. Old white men have been fucking things up for a long time, see Congress. Time to show the world they're not the only greedy self serving bastards.

Hollup..

Look for more than 20 additional jobs, she added..
20 jobs? This is exciting?
What am I missing. Thats like opening a Wendy's.

As miuch as I'd love to have another competitor w/ Jeep, Bronco etc its hard to se this actually happening given the regulatory environment here.

Henry's is the go to in Raleigh for any exhaust work, if your not going to do it yourself. Otherwise you could try and make a universal kit work by welding it together. Probably would not be much more $$ to have Henry's do it.

Yea...this sounds like a ploy to 'set up' US operations while figuring out if it's worth trying to sell here. Gotta have a US address I guess. Still cool they picked Raleigh.

So why pick Raleigh?

“The primary drivers were Raleigh’s diversity of industry, thriving business environment and community, great infrastructure and wonderful 4×4 off-roading opportunities that bring us closer to our customer,” she added.

Musta not been to Raleigh lately... There's tons of JK/JL's on 35's and angry grilles rolling around, that tells me there HAS to be some good wheelin' spots local.
Those islands in parking lots aren’t going to get flexed on by themselves
