Random Thoughts.....

Anybody else's wife have an inability to buy the same soap more than twice in a row? One week it's Dr Bronners that will take paint off, the next week it's some African blacksoap crap that doesn't clean, doesn't lather, doesn't last, and leaves oats in the shower. I'm here to wash, not eat!

Could be worse......like cars, pocket books, or men. Soap sounds cheap.

Nah. She uses the same soap she has as long as I've known what soap she uses lol. She has recently discovered sugar scrubs though. But they have glitter in them so.....

My wife does this with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Always buys something different. I don't get it.

Wow. I just learned that even after these years, the pool on the titanic is still full of water.

It was converted to a salt water pool way before it was cool

You can't buy soap?
Nice thing about a wife is the soap automatically shows up in the shower and never runs out (in theory anyway)

But you're not happy with the result right? Choose your soap and go get it. lol
It would be quickly replaced by something that looks prettier.

We’re talking about what the wife buys…my wife is in love with random cheap ass trinkets and sales (she thinks ‘sale’ means she’s saving money). I got sick of seeing 3-4 Amazon charges every day, venmo hits, chic fil a, etc etc. Put a cap on her ‘fun card’ and changed my card so she didn’t have the numbers memorized anymore…that little trick netted me $2k/month. I’d be totally fine with a little cheap toilet paper or oat soap…haha.

Pro tip.
If she ever finds 'Etsy' or 'Shein' just shoot yourself and make it easier.

I am very aware that people have different standards of living. Good for you if you're in the higher tax bracket, I'll get there one day.
But I know a lot of people who live on less than 2k$ month, including housing etc.
Spending 2k on little charges like that sounds insane (to me).

Tell me you're not married without telling me you're not married.

Me too...my wife and I definitely grew up on opposite sides of the tracks. I wouldn't mind spending it if it was useful...but it's cheap shit that usually ends up in the trash in 90 days, or ends up going to goodwill a year later with the tags still on. I've said it before, I'll say it again though...that's my wife, and I'll do everything I can to protect her rainbows and unicorns bubble that she lives in.

Except letting her spend $2k in useless shit.

You rainbow bubble killer!

One of my (many) campaign promises when I run for governor is that all trucks 3 axles or more are limited to the far right lane at all times on all highways.

Would you vote for me.
Hell no. Plenty of slowasses in 2 axle vehicles I need to move on past.

Nope. Because this kind of 1-size-fits-all over-regulation sounds like what I'd expect from a Democrat :flipoff2:

Eggs Zachary.
Just enforce "left lane for passing only."

In MD it is literally a law. Not heavily enforced, but I know a guy pulled over for it.
