We had a couple of those where I printed about 10 years ago.
We didn't even have to watch for a boss man, when these two started working we knew they were around.
We started making it obvious what they were doing by everyone else sitting down.
They never caught on to it, but the plant manager got pissed off every time we done it!

My dad worked on the NASCAR Hall of Fame during its construction. After completion but before opening all the workers got passes to go, so he and I went. One of the exhibits is a walk-through of a Cup series hauler and the guys we're with are talking about how that part of the exhibit almost didn't happen. Apparently, the only way for the riggers and crane operators to get the hauler where it was supposed to be really got the safety crew's panties in a bunch so they wouldn't let them do it. Held up the job for a few days arguing back and forth over it. Well one day everyone came to work, and the hauler was up on the beams where it was supposed to be. Surprisingly though, no one from the crane company knew anything about it..........

Yup, we usually show up to do work on a Saturday or Sunday to finish work. Always when the superintendent isn't available that weekend.

We did a high end seafood restaurant in Southpark, had a floating Soffit off the wall all the way around the perimeter. Camout about 4 feet. Owner said he wasn't sure about the stability of it. I told him I'd show him a picture he would not be allowed to share. My finisher was sitting on a bucket on the Soffit 15' in the air not tied off.
