Decided to replace the chain hoist with a rope hoist because the chain hoist was too slow and too much chain dangling in their face and wrapping around. The rope hoist has a built in brake, 4:1 ratio, and keeps everything nice and tidy up above their heads.

Am I missing something? Looks like a stock Braptor too me....

Yes, the fenders are hideous, and even more so against a light colored body..
Hideous is a mega-understatement. It looks like they had a stock flare that lined up with the bumper, then the DOT compliance department said "put some 3" wide extensions on those" and engineering said "OK".

Then marketing said "now get one of those desert racer widebody kits, and cut just the wide part off, and glue it on top of these already extended flares", and assembly said "Will do!"

:wtf:

Pretty sure you just described exactly how it was done, do you have an inside source at Ford you've been hiding from us ;)

Been there, done that. Coming back from Uwharrie when I still had the popup, pulled into a parking space at Bojangles. Got out and said several colorful metaphors, got back in and pulled it around back where i could take up several parking spaces.
