This used to be my SIL, all the time. Was supposed to be at work at 3, so that is when she left the house for her 30-45min drive.

Seems like society was moving away from paying with cash or check, but now I find myself paying with cash or check more often because of the fees. And my car insurance, which is on autopay, recently started using a service for that, so it’s the 3% cc fee plus a fee for that service! After Helene, our power bill doubled. It seems everyone I spoke with also enjoyed the same kind of experience.
