I think that's great. Looks like dude turned his life around and helped others. $275k for a sizeable commercial property is a great deal, maybe its shady, maybe its floody, but seems like a wise purchase.

how many of my tax dollars have been siphoned off to now purchase a for sure moldy and flood prone old prison, no doubt hundreds of thousands more will be needed through a 'grant' to push this project along, maybe to one day do....something?
