unfortunately it par for the course.That’s a hard unsubscribe for me. I wouldn’t go all scorched earth and leave a bunch of scathing reviews, but if a company isn’t providing the services I paid for, I don’t pay for more services.

Horrible customer service at every turn.
I went through a very similar cadence before cancelling. Got a free hat sent though - never got all the coffee I paid for.
